Description
The WPDS/CA3S carbon monoxide detectors use a professional electrochemical cell sensor and are designed to be connected to both control panels with 4÷20 mA inputs (such as the MODULA 4 and 8 control panel) and to digital control panels via RS485 serial connection (such as the MODULA 40 and 128 control panel).
WPDS detectors are suitable for use in all industrial and commercial applications where the detection of low concentrations of carbon monoxide (CO) in the air is required. WPDS detectors are particularly suitable for CO detection in covered or underground parking lots, garages, and boiler rooms. WPDS/CA3S is equipped with a sensor module that uses a high-quality, precise electrochemical cell combined with industrial-grade control electronics.
The replaceable sensor module of the WPDS/CA3S allows for quick and reliable system maintenance and has a normal lifespan of 5 years. The PC/ABS plastic housing gives the detector high mechanical resistance. Thanks to their high selectivity, WPDS/CA3S detectors are resistant to non-combustible gases or vapors often present in industrial environments.
