Description
The HL flush-mounted gas detectors, compliant with CEI 216-8 Standard for methane and LPG, use a catalytic sensor integrated into a highly reliable electronic control circuit. Designed and tested in accordance with CEI 216-8 standard to respond only to specific concentrations of combustible gas in the air, they are resistant to common vapors and interfering substances typically present in domestic environments and ensure high stability against temperature and humidity variations.
These characteristics eliminate the need for special measures or detector deactivation during cooking.
Each HL detector, after rigorous testing, is individually calibrated with sample gas to respond at 10% of the Lower Explosive Limit (L.E.L.).
Thanks to their reliability, when used and installed according to the user manual instructions, they will operate for at least 5 years in case of gas leaks without causing false alarms.
HL gas detectors are equipped with self-diagnostics, enabling them to indicate fault conditions with a yellow LED and signal the passing and reaching of the 5-year continuous operation period before detector replacement with a blue light around the expiration plate.
The “HL” gas detector features a powerful acoustic warning device and a voltage-free relay contact for controlling an electrovalve.
