The ATX/CA3S sensor modules use the most advanced CO measurement technology, specifically a professional electrochemical cell. In addition to the CO measurement circuit, the sensor modules integrate non-volatile memory where production parameters, gas type, calibration concentration, production date, serial number, etc. are recorded.
The detectors also use part of the module’s memory to record operating hours and other events such as alarms. The sensor module, guaranteeing a 5-year lifespan, allows extending the life of the detectors from 5 to 15 years by replacing the module twice.
